Our products can be purchased from our Official Shopee or Official Lazada under the username "@rnwcare.my".

Where is the origin of RNW Care products?
We are the official distributor of RNW Care in Malaysia. Our products are produced and formulated in Korea under MILIP CO. We are not affiliated with counterfeit products produced in China.
Shipment
I've placed an order, when will you ship it out?
Our fulfillment team will process parcels on every working day, from Monday - Friday. Do place your orders before 11am for same day fulfilment.
Parcel
I received a damaged/ missing item in my parcel. What do I do?
Depending on the sales channel you have made your purchase from, drop us a message including your order number, and supporting documents on the platform. Our team will look into it and assist you further.
